taken at the Webutante Ball.
Wednesday, I went to IWantMedia’s The Future of Media panel discussion. Carmina recapped it excellently.

Friday, I attended PSFK’s Good Ideas Salon on Collaboration. Met some very cool people including Andrew Cherwenka of Trapeze and Sam Nelson of Formed With Art.

Friday night, I partied at the Webutante Ball. Fun, crowded and not like my prom since people actually stayed there long after they took their pictures which is amazing since the drinks were expensive.

Nichelle, this is unrelated to your post but in response to your request for inexpensive newsletter stuff. My friend Stacy Bias (of taproothosting.com) said this “well… that’s a complicated question
she would, frankly, be better off going with something like constant contact, myemma (really friendly/easy), or something of that ilk
the reason for that is that those businesses have established relationships with mail servers all over the place and are more likely to be able to get the mail through
especially for folks who have ‘flaggable’ words in their general content (i.e. queer)”

Hope it helps. She’s a great webhost!
